Since not everyone has the same schedule, we offer personalized appointments to best fit a variety of schedules, just call and we can make arrangement that works for both of us

We reserve the right to deny full registration, however we most likely will give you full AKC registration if applicable to your puppy...

We work with every puppy on potty training, however it is the owner's responsibility. We cannot gurantee that all the work is done for potty training. We can offer suggestions to help ease the process with your puppy if you ask.

Each dog is unique. Price can be affected by color, rariety, demand, and breed.

We accept a variety of payment methods, we realize not everyone can make full payment at purchase, so we can arrange payment plans and  a pick up time that will accomodate everyone's budget.

We also accept Major Credit cards (some resitrictions apply), checks (with proper indentification), cash (our prefered method), and United States Postal Money Orders.

All our puppies are wormed, and given shots as their age allows. You can be assured, that as age permits, our puppies are up to date on shots. The only exception is Rabis which is the owner's responsibility to do in accordance with the rules where they live, since our facilitiy is double fenced, we are not required by law to provide rabis shots.

Also puppies are reccommeded to go to the vet with the new owners and if any life threatening congential defect is found, we will replace the puppy. We work with individuals and hope to make each customer is happy, if you have any comments, questions or concerns we are more then willing to work any problem that may arise.

We cannot allow the puppy to leave on a trial basis and be returned. Going to a new home is a major event in life of a puppy and once adjusted it is not always easy to rehome a puppy. 

We trust our customers to make responsible choices and do not allow take home try-outs.

Deposits are non-refundable

We breed dogs as a family hobby and as such we have a lot of experience.  We in fact have over 43 years experience. 

Most our business is from repeat satisfied customers, and word of mouth advertising.

We have experience in a variety of dog related fields...including showing, and personal pets.

Always get the same sex, this allows for easier adjustment to the new home as well as limiting the number of "accidental breedings" which account for nearly 80% of puppies that end up in shelter.

We recommend the no earlier than six months but ask your vet if you have any questions to be sure

 We do not. Sometimes we will not give full rights with a puppy if the owner is not interested in showing the puppy.

We like to trust the prospective owner to make their own decision regarding this matter and ask that you would make a responsible decision when considering this issue.
